New Otto acting strange

I got 3 new Ottos to add to my existing group. However, one is acting strange. I've had Otto's not make it after adding to new aquariums before. However, these fish were not active, unlike this one. Thoughts on what might be wrong with this Otto?

I'm not overly hopeful that Otto will make it. I will see tomorrow morning whether it makes it.

Probably starving and looking for food.

Little one didn't make it through the night. I wasn't 100% hopeful on its survival, especially from previous experiences of keeping this species.
