Just like to say Happy to be a new member.
Got two tanks a Flex 57 and a Flex 123 both planted communal tanks.
Looking forward to getting and giving any help I

I noticed you have both platys and neon tetras in that one tank... what is the hardness of your water?

Neons / Rasbora / nitrite snails and Amarno shrimps in 57
Fish in 123 came with tank as helped a lady out whos husband passed. It was over stocked badly but I managed to move deap clean new Substrate rescape and cycled it with the fish in 7 days without any loss.
Black Tetra Penguin tetra Cardinal Tetra Guppy and Corys.
All doing well and no losses one month in

Yes its a bit of a mix but they came with tank as stated above. I know he has had the fish for little over a year so they must have adapted. They only lived 6 doors away so water hardness same. My water is med to hard
 
Hello and welcome to the forum :fish: :hi: :fish: Nice looking tank, my only concern is the mix of hard and soft water fish as @PheonixKingZ pointed out but I understand your situation. In the past I have been given rescue fish that my daughters brought home from college and made do with what I had. I now have both soft water and hard water fish in separate tanks using RO water to reduce my tap water hardness. Good luck with your fish:cool:
