Hi, I’m Val and I’ve recently set up my first tank in over 2 decades. I’ve had mostly freshwater tanks since I was 5, and I’m excited to have room now for a tall, custom cabinet holding a 30 gallon WaterBox tank. I’ve had a polycarbonate lid made for the tank, just in case Harry, our curious and strong cat, finds a way to jump 60” from floor to top of tank. I definitely need as much assistance as I can get from this forum, as the technology and methods of keeping a freshwater environment that is home to beautiful aquatic life forms has really advanced. I’m here to learn, and hopefully to share a little knowledge, with the group.
