My mom was so kind and bought me the male I have been wanting for the past two weeks and bought me another female for my 15g I'm so happy

The male was in a crappy display tank so I made sure no one was coming and stole him out of the display tank and ran for my life...

Nah I'm just kidding my mom wouldn't let me take him without asking,so I asked and the lady kept asking me why I wanted him and I was trying to come up with some thing that didnt make me sound like im addicted to them so she finally asked me its because he looks sad isn't it, i was like YOU JUST READ MY MIND! And I also love his colors and he looked like he was dying

Athena the only blue female left, there is a purple and white one but I don't want to have all white females although that would be pretty tempting

Athena is pretty, looks a lot like my blue female, I do love lighter coloured Bettas, but then again, all Bettas are beautiful so colour doesn't really ever bother me
It's nice to see people saving sad and ill Bettas and giving them the life they deserve

I know I its their colors that makes them so hard to choose but I'm with you I do love the lighter looking Bettas
Their not any different from my tropicals I have in my 30g idk why ppl treat them differently their still a tropical fish that deserves a better life than what the pet shops give them, I'm lucky I have mine

Thats not the half of it i have a 55g tank and a 10g tank aswell that i have had to drain down for moving and not allowed to set them back up lol so have to sell them all. but hoping once i sell them all mum and dad will reconsider and let me set up a juwel rio 125 in my room.
