New Leaf Grew In Yellow

My sword just grew a new leaf and its yellowish brown. I can't remember what that means my water is lacking. I do a dose of Flourish and a dose of Flourish Trace once a week after WC. No co2 injection for a month.

New leaves will be lighter green, yellowish-green, until they begin to develop.  I have had this with my many sword plants for 20+ years.  Iron is the nutrient most often suggested as the cause, but other nutrient deficiencies can be involved too.  You might consider adding Flourish Iron along with the Comprehensive and Trace; I do this in two tanks.  Just be careful not to overdose, as iron can cause algae issues.
