New Kid On The Block

Hello all my name is Jordhen I live in Vancouver B.C. Canada and just purchased a 135 gallon tank ( my wife freaked). Right now i've got some cichlids and a pleco in there. but plan to go with a nice central american theme after the tank is established. I used to have piranhas a long time ago but they were almost no maintenance so I still consider myself a newbie. But my passion for fish is that of a veteren. If anybody has some nice ideas for fish from this region drop me a message.

piranhas eh? might sound a stupid question but why are they so easy to keep? and what kinda stuff do ya feed em?

because basically I set the tank up. Put the fish in and basically changed the water every month. I fed them lfeeder fish every week.
