New Hood With Lighting

Hi. I've been away from the forums for, oh, about three children's worth of time, but about nine years ago when I set up my tank I bought a great hood on a suggestion here.  Now hood could use replacing, and I'm looking for something similar (or from the same company).  It was a small U.S. site with a bare-bones website (think early '90s style) which sold hoods that accommodate good lighting.  They also sold good bulbs.  It was probably a one- or two-man show.  Really small, but they sold good hoods.
 
If anyone recognizes this vague description, please let me know.
 
Otherwise, if anyone has any suggestions, I'm rockin' a 20 gallon tank

, roughly 12.5" x 20", and I like bright light.  The current bulb is a 36W 6700K flourescent, but I'm not married to keeping the compact flourescents if there's a better alternative out there.
