its like the plants are channeling under the gravel and starting new shoots every where at the minute they are shooting where i want them to but if at a later date i want to remodel my tank how do i go about this..
as they will all linked together..

might be a dumb question but its my first ever tank , but must be doing things right as all the plants have taken so well..

i allso have a onion plant which has now reached the top of the tank which is 3 foot, looks so healfy..

They're called 'runners', and that's how the plant propogates. You can snip the runners as you see new plants appear and throw them out. Or let them grow, then snip the runners and give the plants away free to someone.. or sell them even!

Or replant them

You can snip them into individual blades depending on the grass species and replant them anywhere you want, and the process will begin over again.
