New Girls (again) With Pics!

i'm up to seven bettas now. mom didn't know what she was getting roped into when i got the females . anyways, here they are. vivace is the redder one, the other, unnamed one is the other "red" one. in reality, she's got a white/greenish body with red fins but the pictures make her seem all red. enough talking, on to the pics.

First off, great looking female bettas!!

I have 2 female bettas in my 3G tank with a small heater for a week now. One of my betta is slightly bigger than the other and shes constantly bullying the smaller fish..(esp. when they're hungry)....

they do get along pretty well. when i first put them in there, they were all flaring at each other so i watched them for ages. now that they have their "pecking order" established, they all get along great. i did have to take my little crowntail girl, cadence, out because dolce (the pink one) was always, always picking on her. she's in a temporary breeding trap (she loves it, being able to see the others and yet she's still seperate. she's much more active than she was before) in my 10g until i can get her own tank set up. cade is sooooo small though, i can't help but think she's really, really young. she's under an inch long and such a sweetie . but other than that issue between dolce and cade, they get along great.

haha yeah. i love how after we resuced aladdin, mom made me swear "no more bettas". well, now i'm hooked on the girls . i can't get anymore tanks so that means no more guys unless one's a "community fish" . i'm not gonna risk that though.

cute fish! i like the tank, i was thinking about getting a ten gallon with a few females. my mom would probably kill me if i did though, are house is like a zoo already.
