New Food?

I have found that using a single food that is not heavy in plant material is a poor choice for common livebearers Noodles. I find a simple approach to feeding my fish works out best in the long run. Some fish actually require a heavy feeding regime to be truly free of malnutrition issues. For most of the rest, a proper feeding level is probably best.

What do you feed yours Oldman?

I've got tropical flakes, tropical granuales and I give them blood worm every 3-6 days. But I'm not convinced :(

Almost all of my fish get something marked as spirulina flake by the manufacturer. It has an ingredients list that is much heavier in vegetable matter than the usual general purpose food that is sold, but it still has a fairly high fish meal content, so it is not a strictly vegetarian food.
