New food supply for Corys

I only feed once a day normally tea time
No waste off the algae wafers here, The Corys polish off the lot
The snails finish off the rest if there is any.

Well i vacuum me tank twice weekly and remove 2 buckets twice weekly and it keeps my waters nice, to be honest christ knows why i vacuum they're like gannets ?

I have 4 kids that stop me doing that, together with a 60 hour a week job So i bought a few snails to help me

Well they reckon snails are good and with 60hrs of work and kids on top it's quite a lot.

Its a hell of a lot to do, Thats why i do things the way i do cos its easiest for me. My wife works for the NHS & she does 6 12 hour days so its a lot of time spent messing. Anybody who asks what you do in your free time clearly does not have kids

Well i don't have kids never happened for me but that's life. I hope you've all been safe with this lot going on and your wife working hard in the NHS.
Do you just have the one tank or more.

I have 3 Tanks, 10G breeder(used to be my main tank after i stepped back from the hobby) a 30G community with not much in it right now & a 50G thats fishless cycling right now

Ive got 4 Bronze Corys in the 30G with 2 Guppy adults & 20 4 day old fry. My 10G has 30 Guppy Fry. We are struggling finding stock here especially Corys,Guppys & other livebearers. Thats why i have a select few of each. I did have more adult guppys but i gave them to my friend who wanted to breed, As i have tons of fry it suited me fine

I've got a friend from your area who was breeding beautiful guppies and handed over 100 guppies to the shop and thought he might get a deal on a couple of fish he wanted, he never offered him nothing for them and they was quarantined young guppies.
we can't get nothing here they'll sell medical stuff for fish but fish are totally blocked off.

I've got a 200 litre tank containing 37 fish in total with 14 cories with 4 different breeds, two 5 gallon tanks with a betta in each one and my hubby had a 27litre it's got barbs, minnows, 1 guppy and just handed it over to me for a quarantine tank.

Im lucky my LFS do deals with me for foodstuff for my fry. I had Cory fry a few times & grow them out a bit but had no luck with eggs this time round. I dont even know for sure if i have both sexes ?
I wanted more Corys but my LFS cant get them in right now, I only buy fish from 1 place so i keep track of where they come from. I am treating my 30G for Ich at the min so nothing is going to be added for a bit yet. I will just keep the guppy colony going for now. The plan is to get a few nice coloured couples & breed them. Even though they are just simple mutt guppies ive seen some nice 1s lately
