Got a Pewter 6 Gallon Fluval Edge this week and I was browsing through videos on YouTube and I came across a certain tank that I really liked. Here's the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pS4Ly3d1jdY&feature=related

The person is German, does anyoe know what type of tank this is or where I could purchase one? Thanks and sorry if this is inappropriate for this forum.

WOW now this is something that I never thought of before. That would be pretty cool it would be something you could change all the time. From the looks of it he just boughta lego set built it and put it in the tankI'm not sure if you would have to anchor it down some way or not.

Yeah, the Legos are pretty cool but I was most interested in finding out what kind of tank it was.

Oh I see lol, to me it just looks like a standard frameless one.

Do you know where I can find something like this? I haven't seen any of them at pet stores i've been to in the South Florida area.

i wouldn't really put lego in a tank because it could be sharp and hurt the fish

I dont see how legos could be any shaper then rocks our rougher then lava rocks. Or even be any sharper then most plastic ornimates.

I'm not sure about suppliers in the US, but in the UK you would be looking for a 'rimless, braceless tank' which are available from most makers of custom tanks, and from online shops that sell supplies for planted tanks. Really though, the same effect could be achieved by replacing the hood on any normal glass tank with a luminaire.
