Well....after procrastinating for a while now I finally bought my first blue fish for my 75gallon tank!!....I had been deciding between them and Pseudo. socolofi....after researching both fish I decided on the Cyrtocara!!! Beautiful fish they are yet I can't enjoy them yet as they are in the quarantine tank for the next 3-4 weeks or so....

Fingers crossed all the fish play nice when they are added to the 75!!

OH....and I don't have any pictures yet as I have only had them for an hour so as soon as they settle down I will try and get some shots of them

You will like them, they are very attractive and are quite peaceful!!! The blue and yellow fish are a nice compliment in the tank together. What else are you planning on adding??? :D

At the moment with the 6 CMs, the 6 EYs and the 3 clownies, I think I am going to be pretty well stocked....also the fact that in my area there aren't a lot of cichlid breeders and/or traders (LFS or otherwise).....

So far they are only in the 10gall quar tank and will be there for 3 weeks....it is clear that they don't like small spaces  I am sure they will be happy when they get to the 75!! And I also can't believe how much these guys change colour just when I look at them!!

The Malawi Dolphin is a great fish. I have a male and three females. I have read that they would not breed for 3 years, but my 4-5" male and a 4" female just breed and she is holding eggs right now.
