I got a few new fish on Friday from Trimar. Although the L204 swims around a lot and is out most of the time, taking a pic of this little guy isn't easy. He/she doesn't like my camera, so the pic isn't too good of him/her

And a pic of one of my male L010a's, had him quite a few months now, but just love his hairy face and head

Hope you like them all, they are some really gorgeous fish.

:D

Hiya!

Oooh, love the L134's they are awesome! The L204 looks so small, shame about the one that was DOA :/

The SAE's look very small too, how big do they get? They are very cute.

I love your Whippy! He is lovely. His little hairy back is so sweet! It's starting to look a little bit curly. My guy is starting to look like him, only I swear he is fatter than yours. I think mine is possible a bit of a piggy when it comes to feeding. He's definitely not 'blocked' cos I've seen him pooping, he is just a fat chubba! And the sand stuck to his cheeks, bless him. Looks like a child that's got food around his face that needs to be wiped!

Getting my mum's camera next week so I'll (finally) get some pics of my whips to compare. You'll be shocked at how fat he is

Great pics as always Carmen :good:

Thanks all

Bex

The SAE's are about 3.5cm long. They are still youngster, but wow, they eat a lot of algae. We put them in our community tank once they arrived. The others are in our 4ft in the room till they've settled and we've decided exactly what we're putting in there.

I know, the whippy looks really funny with that sand. He swam around like that for ages afterwards, even while eating his frozen shrimp that evening, he had sand stuck to his cheek  . He isn't as fat as my other one, but I bet yours is a chunky monkey. I love the curls on that male. The others hair is straight, but this one is curly. Maybe I should call him Curly.

I look forward to your pics. Bet your babies have grown loads since you got them. Don't forget to put some of Eddie on too!!!

:D

He he! Once I get that camera I'll try and get pics of all my plecs for you, including Eddie! :good:

Loving your L134s and the SAE's, who look so ickle (mine are big and FAT!)

My L134 hasn't come out whilst the lights are on since the first day in the tank, but he looks loads smaller than yours.

They are lovely, aren't they?

The L204's a purdy wee one too.

Thanks kilultagh

I love my L134's, they are so amazing. I hope they become more relaxed and enjoy life in their tank. They have to be some of the most beautiful plecs I've ever seen. And I really love my L260's as well, so they must be special, because I normally go on about them.

Those SAE's are so cute. I thought they'd be bigger and we worried we might get some big boisterous fish, but these are so small and although very active, an absolute pleasure. The other fish seem to like them too.

That L204 is the cutest. So small. I found out today why it's called the Flash Pecklotia, because when it swims across the tank, it's so fast all you see is a flash  .

:D

great fish.which do you find to be more active.leopard frog or the flash?

Thanks. At the moment, even at his size, the Flash is a lot more active than the two Leopard frogs. They do move around and may even swim around when the lights are off. But the Flash swims around all day and doesn't seem too bothered by much.

:D

Thanks guys

Yes, those Self Addressed Envelopes are too cute. You shoule see them eat. They LOVE algae and are constantly on the move.

Got any pics of your Flash LisaLQ??

:D
