Firstly, apologies for the state of my glass.... I hvant had time to clean it for a week!

Now, I need to know if this is a Jack Dempsey or a Green Terror?

I got it free but the bloke didnt have a cule and i have narrowed it down to these 2

That is a jack dempsey, looks to have had a few wars, good waterchanges will help repair the damage,.
By the way its a south/central american cichlid

That is certainly a beaten up Dempsey. Whats its tank situation?

At the moment he is in my 6th tank with malawis (max 4"), they havnt gone near him and he seems to be "boss" already
