Hello, fishy friends! So I have added a fish to my cycled 10 gallon tank and just wondering if at first I should be doing small (10 - 15%) water changes daily. Or should I stick with weekly changes and only do more frequent changes if I see the ammonia level go up? Thanks!

The weekly should suffice, assuming that the tank is fully cycled.

What are your water parameters?

Your readings look perfect to me. I would just continue with the weekly water changes and keep an eye on the parameters - if the ammonia spikes then you will need to do more frequent water changes. :)
