New Fancy Fish

Hi I have brought a new fish and he isnt moving around alot we got him back yesterday afternoon, any suggetions?

I forgot to mention this before but mabey some more oxygen would get him going, but also keep in mind some fish just dont like to move around alot

More information needed eg, size of tank, heating, filter, type of fish, how long tank set up - has tank cycled, water statistics before anyone can give an opinion.
