Hi All

Please dont shoot me down just starting my research into this.

So my current set up

180l

Stock:

4 x SAE fish
4 x guppies
1 x clown loach
1 x leapord plec
2 x mollies

so ive now found myself looking at Kribs (not sure on the proper name) now i assume that these fish wont fit in with my current stock or would they please advise.

Also what are prime conditions for kribs?

BR

Clown loaches like to be in groups :)

Kribs will nip at, chase and otherwise maim and kill your guppies and any other bottom dwellers will probably be targeted also. They are best with other semi-aggressive or dither fish (fast shoaling fish such as tetra).

You're probably in for a lot of posts now telling you, quite rightly, that clown loach are not suitable for your size of tank as they grow large and therefore deserve a six foot tank. They also like to be in large social groups.

Yup, Am with Sad. Please rehome that clown loach.

Happy days ask for advise on Kribs and it turns into a clown loach topic, always seems the way.

Admin please close thread.
