New cats

So knowing of cfc, this fish has to atleast grow over 10 inches, be a predator, and be rare for him to be interested in it. :p
Great shots and unique looking fish, as always.
 Yep, grows to around a foot and will eat anything up to around half that size when full grown, very difficult to find in the hobby (although not rare in the wild) and cost a small fortune.

Bet they were a pain to find and take pics of

You bet they were, had to use the usual lighting ambush technique of sitting in a dark room before suddenly hitting the tank lights and snapping as many pics as possible before they get back under the bogwood

coooool fish. they look preditory, what do you feed them?

All the usual predator foods, small frozen fish, mussels, cockles and shrimp. They are very greedy and not fussy.

Nice fish CFC :D

They remind me of pangasius catfish, are they related? -_-
same here. In my mind they have the same body shape and That big fin on the bottom

CFC- ive tried that lighting ambush thing to get pics of my Raphael. Unfortunately i turned the lights off and he turned completely white. I thought i killed him. Hes a pain now though.
