New Catfish Like Dead?

Hey just got a new ancistrus. It was floating in the bag not moving but breathing and moving its sucker now its in the tank breathing but not swimming or anything just standing up right on its tail..I think hes a gonner but is there any other explanation?

Shop closed about an hour ago. But im inclined to think theirs no hope for it.
