I'm gonna be setting up a 10 US Gallon Brackish Tank.

Can I use my API Freshwater Master Test Kit?

What temp should it be? I'm putting gobies in it?

The fish (gobies in thia case) are in (I think) freshwater, should I be worried about taking them outta freshwater and putting them in brackish water (I'm thinking of shocking them)?

How can I cycle this?

Can I put 1 knight goby and 3 bumblebee gobys in here?

What do I do about algae?

I have some bogwood, can I use it? It's in a FW tank, How do I make it read to use?

you can drip acclimate them or cycle the tank as fresh and slowly raise it to brackish.

No you cant mix Knight Gobies with Bumble Bees, the Knights will make a light meal of the much smaller BBg's

Algea needs you to remove it via some good ole fashioned manual labour

yes and no, yes some wood will be fine in brackish was, other will just rot away try it and see.

I do a fishless cycle in FW the slowly raise the salinity up?

I'm confused about drip acclimzation, can someonr talk me through it?

The gobies Im 'talking about are bumble bee gobys.

If the store you are buying the fish from has them in freshwater you can start them in fresh at home, then slowly increase the SG in your tank using marine salt up to 1.003-1.005

If they are in brackish water in the shop just replicate this SG in your own tank.

Bumblebee gobies wont mix with Knight Gobies the Knights are larger and will eat the Bumblebee Gobies.
