After many weeks of furstration during cycling, our tank is finally up and running, and all the fish are happy. Here are a few pictures of our new Bolivian Rams, and one of our new Bristlenose Pleco. Hope you enjoy...
It's a 30G (3ft long). We've also got six serpae tetras in there. I think we're a little understocked, but I want to stay that way for a while to make sure everyone does ok, then see what else we can add. We love the rams though. They've gotten a lot more color since we got them home from the LFS. They're starting to be more active too.
The serpaes are really active and fun to watch. They're also hard to get good pictures of, but I'll try and see if I can post some of those.
Here is a bad picture of four of the serpaes. This picture was rare, because they're usually darting in and out of the plants (fake). They love to play in those.
BTW, I'm having a hard time figuring out for sure if this is a male and female, or two males. The bottom two pictures are of what I think is definitely a male, but I'm not sure about the one in the top picture. Any ideas? Thanks.
