New Bettas!

I got 2 new bettas yesterday! They had to sit in their cups(larger ones/around 3X bigger than normal 1 pint ones) overnight though because I was traveling. Well, anyways, the male's name is Spear Mint, he is a veiltail and has a blue body and green and white butterfly fins! The female's name is Thorn, she is a crowntail and has a black body and deep red fins! I am hoping to spawn them in the next month or so!

good finds! but please if you plan on spawning bettas do your research and do not breed veiltails. they are in overabundance and the other tail types should be bred to get them out to the world more. sorry to burst your bubble its just veiltails are usually mistreated.

why not get a nice crowntail and breed it with your feamle since you already have a ct female? you'll end up with fry tha'ts worth a lot more

I would really like to find one but on Aquabid shipping is sometimes high, and private breeders are usually expensive. What do you think about these?

And when they say they will send to their transhipper for $5 USD, are there hidden fees(extra shipping from transhipper)? Thanks!
