The caudal fin is the one right at the back :good:

Or clearseal do a tank also 6 gallons, but its a longer tank rather than tall. 6 gallon is really the smallest i would advise :good:

Ref the tank on ebay, it looks ok minus the lobster lol. see if you can obtain the other dimensions :good:

Yes i can voucher for a tank like this. I have two of them that house bettas :)

Ok iv been and bought a tank from my pet shop today, not sure of the exact size but i payed £15. Iv got a tank divider im going to cut down too which cost me £8.

Iv got a heater, bought some white gravel which is in the post. Iv got a few plant orniments coming and the bits iv got in my bowl now.

Do i need a filter do you think?

Iv been looking at the sponge filters on ebay, and they says you need to attach a air line. I know thats what its telling me to do, but i dont understand how they work off just an airline, so if somone could exsplain to me?

Besides a filter, i shouldnt need anything else should i?

Oh, what heat should i set my heater too when i put it in the tank, not got a themomiter.(sorry if iv spelt that wrong)

Hi

I would get a heater, 50w one would do you :good: As for setting the temp on it, they are notoriously inaccurate. We have one set at 25 and it actually heats the water to 29. Always use a thermometer :good:

Interpet do a really good small internal filter called "PF Mini". Probably cheaper than buying an airpump and a sponge filter :good:

A sponge filter does run via an airpump. The air rises up the tube leaving a vacuum behind it which draws water in through the sponge :good:
