New Betta Barracks

Just thought I would post this pic of my new barracks. Its still in its early days and needs a bit of tweaking but it works well at the moment. I was trying to get an idea for running tanks with minimal costs. In the two tanks there is one heater and one pump. The temp is a constant 25c and there is a slow flow which runs through them. in the bottom tank there will eventually bit filter material in the far right section.

That's a really nice set up. How many Bettas have you got?

only 3 at the moment, but ive got a couple more on their way but they will be going into the breeding tank when they arrive.

You've done a really good job by the looks of it. I really like it.

Its just a little project at the moment could possibly re-do on a bigger scale to house more, but cost wise to make it was quite reasonable.

ooo I really like that set up!! About how much did it cost you?

It cost about £60 to make thats two tanks, pipework pump & heater. I havent included the light though.
