New Beginning!

Well I'm new to the tropical fish scene, my first attempt failed drastically! I lost about 25 fish and 1 survived. Everything seemed to go wrong but now I think everything is sorted. The one fish that survived has been fine now for about the past 3 weeks, I added a baby angel 2 nights ago and it is also fine. So where do I go now? What fish should I add in? the tank is 60ltr but if all goes well in this tank I will be upgrading to a bigger one.

A 60 litre is way too small for an angel when it reaches full size.
They need at least 200 litres (Apparently).
Is the tank cycled?

I know, its only about the size of a 50p at the moment so I was hoping by the time it has reached full size I will have upgraded. Yes it is cycled.
