Ok, I've never got any of my bettas via the postal service before and I just adopted 4 from wuv(I planned on getting one, but she talked me into it ), ok so it didn't take too much convincing. They should arrive tomorrow*fingers crossed*. I'm so excited it feels like my birthday or something.... I love getting mail, as normally all I ever get are bills haha. I've been so worried about their travels for the past 2 days ppl are starting to think I'm crazy. I'll just be standing there and randomly say.... wonder where my new lil ones are, I hope they are all ok..... My family already thinks I'm crazy for having the 17 - 1(Paris died last week) that I currently have...... I'm getting ready to move back into my dorm room at school, so this is just what I needed...... 4 more fish! haha! I'll post pics when I get them tomorrow! I can't wait!!

Well I just went to the store to get some silk plants, and left with a new aqua-tech 5 gallon hex for the new orange/blue plakat...... I have got to stay away from the lfs.... I am so addicted I can't even go to s store without buying at least one thing for my bettas.... I also had to get light bulbs/ filter cartridges/ bubble curtain for the girls tank/ brushes/ gravel/ and 6 silk plants..... I should not be allowed to leave the house..... I'm going to set up the hex in a few hours and I'll post pics!

It's illegal too I'm afraid - you'd have to go through DEFRA and declare through customs etc. Best bet is to go through Bettaman here in the UK

Yeah I just got a betta from Thailand today(putting pics up tomorrow) But I'm getting a couple from wuv next weekend. I planned on one but I think she's talked me into quite a few more.

Postage is anything from £6-£10 depending on how many fish you buy. As Will says it's usually £6 up to 2 fish - the most fist I bought in one go was 3 and that cost £7 next day shipping.

Awesome! I am soo excited I can't hardly stand it.... You'd think they were my first pet ever or something! I work tomorrow and am gonna be trying to get home as fast as possible, to get them in their new home.... ok well, I just got home so I am headed to set up the hex... I've never had one before but I have beautiful ideas in my head for it!! i'll be back on in a while to post pics!!

I just got home and they are here!! They are a little skittish, but look great.... I only have one problem, I can't tell which one is the boy? I've got it narrowed down to 3, but can't figure it out between them..... Please help wuv!

Ok I think I've got the boy/girl thing figured out.... I guess I will see once I get the girls in the tank. The boy is swimming around happily in his new 5 gallon. I'll have pics up later!!
