well what do you think, they seem a lot happier in this tank, although the 48Lwas cosy, they have much more room in here.

Awesome, I like how it has kind of a jungly look with the thick floating plants without looking messy like some do with floating plants.

Great looking tank you got there Blaze looks very much at home

(good choice in name btw same as my 1st boy :))

I have the same tank but the 48 litre one :)

Hi I have 2 of the 48L tanks which aren't set up right now, but will be fry tanks eventually.

what questions did you have?

a run down of my tank

Plants: Elodea...grows like wildfire
Cabomba...nice fluffy looking good for hiding
Java fern attached to a piece of wood, on right side of tank
anubias, 2 of them on rocks at left and off centre front,
several onions
i think the one hiding at the back is a baby tears, but i think i'm wrong

water pH 7.8
temp 26
water levels 0,0, and usually between 0 and 5

inhabitants, red dragon super delta betta boy named Blaze
9 pygmy corys, and an apple snail

dont have separate aeration as my filter has a venturi built in, dont have co2 either. use 20W sunbulb and 15W moon bulb, moonbulb at night and both throughout the day.
I feed Blaze mini pellets 4 a day and the corys have algae wafers and crushed flake. bloodworms/daphnia or one of the other frozen cubes twice a week
The filter is a PF2 and came with the tank ( 64L interpet pod)
the heater is a 100W and temp is always right for the setting

anything else, let me know

i bought feed but never use it. just leave night lights on overnight. thanks for the complements. xxx
