Here are a couple pictures of the new amano shrimp. I got them to combat algae on the plants, and they've done a great job!

Cool really nice fish photos! Don't you have any problems with the Rams attacking the Shrimps?
 
No problems at all. One of the blue rams will chase the other rams in the tank, but doesn't bother the tetras or shrimp (or plecs or snail for that matter).
 
You might have consider moving out the bully Ram so the others are in peace.
 
Radar, I've considered it, but there are plenty of hiding spots. I'll keep an eye on it though, I don't want any trouble with them :)

Nice! Very cool aquascape. Im guessing you are using RO water on something to get pH and hardness down?
