New 200 Litre Tank

Hello all i am new to the fish keeping ...i have just purchased a 200 litre jewell tank and filled her up today . I have a gravel bottom and have added my bacteria and chlorine control solution.I am running an internal filter system as recommended by my local aquarium shop. How long do i need to leave the water before adding fish? and when will my water become clear as it seems about 70% clear after running for about 3 hours.

I would say it would vary it would be ready when it has cycled.
Have a look about fishless cycling.

Oh you'v got a long long wait ahead of you unfortunately ma friend!I'm no expert but i'd say 3 or 4 weeks, AT LEAST. Especially if its a brand spankin new beast!

But welcome to the forum and your in the best place for advice.....
