Network Catfish

The search is at the top left of the page at pl.catfish ;). They've got cory, pleco, and syno.
The pic's of the pleco and esp. the syno are very striking indeed.

Is it the pleco or the syno?

some other names...

L066---KingTigerPleco, Scribbled Pleco

Syno. Aterrimus---I found nigriventris listed as a synonym, but I dunno...doesn't look the same to me?
also false nigriventis :S

It's not a plec - at least it doesn't share any of my plecs characteristics - sucker mouth etc.

It's has quite fancy whiskers.

I must try and get a digital camera!

Have you tried Scotcat ?

From: Scotcat
Synodontis eupterus
When young, these fish are sold here in the U.K. as Synodontis 'network' and are quite common. They have a striped pattern when youngsters but gradually lose this trait, and this disappears to be replaced by spots over the top half of the body

Here is a picture of one we just picked up :D Is this it?
