I have nets used for sick fish and healthy but is there any way to clen a net?

You can buy a 'net dip' to disinfect, but I'm sure other people can help you out more.

I keep my nets in a bucket of de-chlorinated water with a dose of myaxin. I've not had any problems of cross contamination so far.
change the water every week to keep the strength of the myaxin up.

You mean breeding nets? i just scrub mine with a spronge while its intact under the tap and let it dry.

Ah, well same process for normal nets as is for breeding ones for me. I suppose dipping them in boiling water will also kill any unwanted bacteria/parasites instantly too.

All you need to do is let the net dry. Any aquatic bacteria, parasites etc. will die quickly from this.
