Nerite Eggs?

Looks like they are, they tend to scatter them all about the place.
 
They won't hatch as they need brackish or salt water, scrub them off before they become permanent, I have wood with eggs on from months ago which I can't get rid of!
 
They are a flipping nightmare!! Got 2 in 300L and the eggs are EVERYWHERE!! All over the wood and glass. At least on the glass I can get rid of them by scraping them off!
 
Is it worth the effort trying to hatch them in a seperate tank?
