Neons & Rummy Nose?

i have an 80l with 12 neon tetras and a male betta in it. al fine n dandy. could i take on a single rummy nose in need of a home? or would that not be a good idea?

If your talking about the 1 i have then i can say i have kept this rummy nose with a betta and neons with no problems at all. Rummy nose prefer to be kept in a group though...Mine actually shoals with the neons or barbs here and there. chiltern aquatics in toddington have them for £2 each not with a as red of a nose as mine though.

Noticed your profile says bedfordshire. Not sure on the temperament of all bettas so you might want a second opinion, but yeah got along with mine fine, can always test it if unsure and bring it back if not getting on

im in kempston nr bedford i could i suppose - i have another tank, 180 rio with various in it (says in sig),could try in there too if unsuccessful what temperament did your betta have?

My betta generally went for anything that got in his way, yet never succeeded with getting anything because he was slower.
