Neon Tetra Bulge

My neon tetra has a wierd bulge on the underside of it. It sort of looks like its pregnant, but I know that tetras lay eggs. Could she be ready to spawn?

my tetras have the same thing when they eat like mad! lol it goes away after a short bit tho

especially when eating Mosquito Larvae,
haha it eats so much it looks like its going to pop
