Neon Stocking

how many neon tetras could i keep in a 60l tank, i know the whole stocking issues goes out the window because they are a small slim fish allowing more to be kept. not that i want a tank stuffed with them.

ps i already have 8 neons and just want to up the numbers.

is it just neons in the tank? if your only keeping neons, 15 or so would be fine.
