Neon Spinning Round In Circles?

Hi, I've just got in from work and my neon is hanging at the surface vertically and spinning round in circles... what could be wrong?

also I got 2 sterbai corys today... one of them is acting very strangely... one moment he is swimming aound normally, the next minute he is floating upside down at the top of the tank none of my other corys do this. but then minutes later he is fine again...

It's hard to say exactly what's wrong. Do a huge water change (warm, dechlorinated water of course) and see how they look afterwards.

I oly did one this lunchtime, took over 50% water out... I could ty doing the same tomorrow

I had a black neon doing the same a few weeks back, it snuffed it a few hours later. Water parameters were fine, it was a pretty old one so i put it down to old age.
