Neon Getting Fat

OK, from what i know, it's a girl neon, because she has a bent blue line, and males blue lines are straight. All of a sudden, she got fat. She stil shoals and eats normally, she just got fat. Tank is fully cycled, and the water is medium (hardness) and a somewhat low pH.

Is she carrying eggs, or are these early symtoms of NTD?

She's most likely just egg laden , it shouldn't be NTD unless her body is unevenly warped/lumpy along her back or the red color in her is faded/ing.
