I was cleaning my planted 30G tank and found some small black eggs! And the neons are the only "breedable" fish in there (There are only singles of the other fish. i have 7 neons) I was wondering if anyone has any idea on what the eggs look like? A few of the neons are very plump! I read that they are darn near impossible to breed. But its probobly just my luck. When i breed my bettas their first spawn was of over 400!!! :hyper:

:hi: to the forum. Introduce yourself in the newbie section.

No, they aren't that hard to breed, the problem is that they eat their eggs. As for what they look like, I wouldn't know.

How are you planning on getting them hatched (I take it you want them to survive)? My suggestion: syphon them into a bucket and move them to a more suitable location.
