Well the gouramis have left the top of the tank. I thought for sure they were improving. I just found one laying on it's side on the bottom.
I thought he was dead but when I touched him with the net he jumped up. they both keep tipping over to the side. I feel terrible and I feel both of them are suffering but I just can't kill the hope that they might make it as they both still show a good appetite. I've turned the flow of my filters down as that seems to be where they have the most trouble.
I keep searching the forums trying to figure out what is wrong and it's making me paranoid. I'm just going to have to let it go and let nature take it's course I guess. All the rest of my fish are fine and it's only these two that are having issues. I read somewhere that dwarf gouramis get a disease specific to them and there is no cure/treatment. I don't know if this is true or not but as I can't bring myself to destroy them at this time I will just hope for the best. We will see what tomorrow brings.
Thanks for all your help.
