Needle Valve Appears To Be Stuffed

I was playing around with my co2 this afternoon and turned off my co2 bottle with the needle valve solonoid on. Ever since whenever I turn the bottle back on co2 spews out of the overload holes and the needle valve doesnt stop any of if spewing into the tank either.

Is my needle valve wrecked?

Sounds like it, got any pictures?

Tried screwing it all the way in/out checked any seals that may be there?

Yeah tried all that. I think its a warranty issue so I am going to return it... meanwhile the HC is sitting there threatening to die on me
