Need Your Imput

well i suppose thats where i am different to some people as we all are. i was not being rude at all and ive taken into account what you have all said, what kind of idiot do you think i am?, if i was an idiot i wouldnt of asked the question in the first place. and as for bumping it.get a life and take your anger out on someone else, all im doing is having a conversation and my opinion counts as much as anyone and who gave you the god forgiven right to put a close on a question i was asking.

calm down, i wasnt saying your opinion didnt matter, just it seened like you were ignoring the advice of others, its probally that we all want the best for fish, and when someone says a cory can be kept alone, people tend to get a little carried away.
i didnt say you were being rude, just it seemed that way to me, not long after i posted, you were bumbing for other answers.
i was not taking my anger out on you atall, you wey overacted there mate,
and i wasnt putting a close to the question.
you have me all wrong

Modaz,

I guess the issue is that you have asked a question about peoples opinion, they have given their opinion, and you don't seem to like it. People are just trying to be helpful with other areas such as the cory. After seeing your recent posts on how people should act on the forum, can i suggest that you also are a little less aggressive in your posts.

Lets just get back the question at hand ;)

Squid

apologies to all.......yes squid your right.....sometimes it just needs to be pointed out in a friendly way.....thankyou

Bettas do do better alone but 1 betta, 3 pygmy cories and 1 apple snail would be ok with regular water changes, or you could do the original setup minus the betta as it would (in my expeience) attack/harras the guppies and platies.

HTH :good:

ok lets together decide whats to go in the tank
yes its a defo no to any guppy or platy
pigmy cory Mmmmmm! yeah like that

3 types of dwarf cory, corydoras hastatus, Corydoras pygmaeus and Corydoras pygmaeus.which ever, all 3 stay the same small size and are lovely to watch, i have 3 pygmys in my 10g and i love them.the same as anyother cory, but on a smaller scale.
if you know how to look after normal cories, having pygmys will be fine (if first cories, read up about them, basics etc)in a 30L i would go with about 4-5, depending on other stock and water changes your willing to do etc. i only got 3 as the fish shop only had 4 left, and one died.they havent had any in since then.
a betta would go well with the cories and will cause no problems. again an apple snail will also live happily.
maybe a few shrimps if your betta doesnt eat them, but its just to add a little varity, up to you.
recived PM, no problems, all forgotton :good:

cories are shoalling fish they should be in groups of at least 4, go ask the in the catfish section.
keep your hair on, im intitled to disagree, i didnt say they werent shoaling fish, my personal experience tells me different thats all

My hair is firmly on, you can disagree, but it doesnt change the fact that they are shoaling and are happier in groups.

You don't seem to like any of our opinions. I dont think anyone is going to say having those all together in a small tank is a good idea
forgive me but i aint here to argue, its just that my original question that you answered was nothing to do with the fact of how many cories i had in the tank, im looking for an answer to my direct question not a self opinionated response

Sorry if it came over as rude it wasnt meant to, I answered your question in full including about the cories guppies and platies and snails.
