Any ideas on some tankmates?
Could i add endlers. i think they look attractive but it seems hard to get females.

yes or some nice guppies (tiger)

shoal of tetras

pair of honey gouramis
or dwarf cichlids

Please take note of the word OR in Rocknurworld's post. Guppies are a nice addition and endlers are a nice addition. Guppies with endlers is a very bad idea unless you are embarking on a hybrid breeding program. If you were doing that, I doubt that you would be asking what nice fish were out there. It can take a good deal of dedicated work to develop anything from guppy endler crosses that you would want to keep. Female endlers are very easy to get if you breed endlers as I do. They make up slightly over half of the total fry that are born. What I think is going on is that in many places people don't want you to breed your own endlers so they keep the females out of the stores. Of course if you can't find a female you can't breed your own. If you do find female endlers just let me say that rabbits can't hold a candle to endlers when it comes to reproduction.

i was looking for a schoaling fish. due endlers schoal?
what kind of tetras are compat. and hardy?

would rasboras be a good choice.
want something that schoals and is pretty hardy.

Some neon tetras or cardinal tetra will be fine. You can have some bronze cories also.

I have neons with my platys. They ignore each other for the most part except for when one of the stooges goes charging through the school of neons like they weren't even there because he's being chased by one of the other platys. I'd be hesitant with cardinals because most are wild caught and won't adjust to new water as well as farm raised ones.

I have 10 Rasboras and they do not shoal. Nice fish though.

Ive got ALL MALE endlers with my platys in one tank. That way you get the good colours but no babies or unwanted crosses. They are peaceful little fish. I got mine from a local breeder, direct. They are hardy little fish.

When my tank is a bit more mature I am going back to him for some females. The females are plain though.

Not a good pic as its been enlarged, but here is an endler male:
