Need Some Advice On Keyhole Cichlid & Bolivian Rams

I am fishless cycling my 180 litre tank at the moment and would like to get some Bolivian Rams & Keyhole Cichlid once my tank/filter is fully cycled. I am coming to the end of my cycle soon (hopefully) and would like to know if these can be put in a freshly cycled tank or do they need a more mature tank that has been running for a few months?

Any advice you could give would be really appeciated.
