I have a synodondis ocefilier that was in my ciochlid tank but becuase it hides all the time I had no idea it was getting picked on and discovered it in a bad way yesterday when I removed the rocks. I have transferred it to my community tank where is is by far the biggest fish so hopefully it will get some peace. It shows no sign of desease but its fins are damaged and it finds it hard to swim the right way round for any length of time. I think this is only caused by damaged fins. Can anyone tell me what to treat it with.

Methylene blue?

Please help

melafix will promote the regrowth of fins and help prevent secondary infections.
I wish you luck with him.

Thanks so that is the best thing to use?

Does pets@home stock it becuase if my LFS doesn't stock it then my Dad will be able to get it there.
