Its really easy to get bad advice from places - I just always check up on the fish on the species index on here before I make any decisions.

Yeh I know - you do get quite attached to them when you've had them a while.
We have 3 silver dollars which are a pain in the neck constantly wrecking the 'scapes and stuff, but we've had them for 17 years now so we couldn't let them go - they're like family now!

Hi Welcome to TFF sorry to hear you have had bad advice and now faced with the heartbreaking decision to rehome you lovely fish, I must say dispite the small tank they look in good health. These people maybe able to help with re-homing

Right little update on this, someone is coming tomorrow and might buy the parrot and the pleco so will only have to find new homes for the oscars but in the worst case i will just give them to the LFS.
