hi ive got a 35liter tank how many tetra neons can i put in their!

To be honest none the tanks to small, time you put a heater in and filter, plus plants and ornaments dosn't leave much space for shoaling.
Betta, crabs, strimps, dwarf puffers I think are only ideal for that tank.

dude ive got all that stuff in and theirs 2 comets and 2 fantails with billions of space anyway their 2cm long

Don't know what to say there only going to die of ammonia poisoning.
There massive waste producers the first goldfish alone needs 20 gallons tank, then 10 gallon for every other goldfish added.
Take them back to the lfs.
Research fish before you buy them, i', saying this in a polite way.

Wilder is right. Neons need a little more room as you would need to get 6 of them - they like to be in a shoal.
What all is in the tank currently?

There are other fish you could keep in a 30 ltr (7 US gallon tank): microrasboras, male endlers, heterandria formosa, sparkling gouramis and ember tetras are just a few that spring to mind.

But goldfish are certainly not among them. They grow really fast if healthy- and if they're not growing fast, something is not right. As the goldfish grow, they would fill the tank with ammonia which would poison both them and the neons. Not to mention that goldfish and neons have different temperature requirements. And that grown goldfish would eat neons.
