kH: don't know don't have a test for this
gH: don't know don't have a test for this
tank temp: 80 degrees F
Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior): She is very hyper and spends most of the time on one side of the tank looking at the glass and swimming around from top to bottom. Looks like she is dancing. The friend I got her from said she did the same thing in his tank. My friend did have two which included her but the other one died. And when there was two they both would do that dance. Here color is very good silver with red tips on her fins. The missing scales are on one side towards the top fin its not many but there are a few missing.
Volume and Frequency of water changes: 20 to 30 % once a week. I vacume the gravel so how ever much water ends up coming out. Its always been at least 20% though
Chemical Additives or Media in your tank: I have two filters a Aqua clear which pushes 300GPH and the one it came with which has two reservoirs which I figure is pushing 300 GPH also. For a total of 600GPH. One submersible powerhead pushing 170 GPH. I have carbon in both fitlers and BioMax in one of them.
Tank inhabitants: including her
1 Tin Foil Barb
1 Flame Gourami
2 Bala Sharks
2 black fin Sharks (catfish)
2 Red fined sharks
1 Tire track eel
1 banjo catfsh
2 common Plecco
There all still very small with the Tin foil being the biggest over all the fish. She's about 6 to 7 inchs long.
Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): some plants and a Lava rock Also some of my fish have recently been added to the tank. But as i metioned none fight
Exposure to chemicals: I put Aqua Safe with ever water change to make my tap water safe. I put the right amount in a cup of water stir it up good then put it in the tank. Also with my last water change I added Flora Pride for my live plants. I do this the same way pour it in a cup stir it up and then put it in the tank
What I'm thinking is she may have rubbed against something and they got knocked off. I checked her tonight and it hasn't gotting any worse.
