Need Help

How big is your tank? Is there plenty of places for the fish to hide? Sharks are aggressive fish so they will do this type of thing.

Size of tank in gallons do you have plenty of hiding places, plus full stock list of tank.

60 litre 15 gallons tank
2 red honey gouramis
2 pearline Gouramis
1 sunset platty
2 blue platty
2 clown loaches
1 ruby shark
4 mollies (2 male 2 female)
2 neon tetra
2 red platty
1 Bristlenose

May not be enough places for them to hide....

No wonder you are having problems that 12gal is well overstocked, need to remove the clown loaches need a 90gal tank, plus the shark needs a 40gal tank, only fish ideal in that tank is the livebearers, post test results in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

There is not space for all of them to even swim in 15 gallons, much less hide. You either need less fish or a bigger tank. Is there any way you can add a tank so you can move some of these? Or get a much larger tank?

More suitable stocking for that tank would be the 6 platies and either the bristlenose or the honey gouramis. Or the platties and a shoal of 5 neons or so (being in groups of 2 is not good for neons). A less crowded tank will be a happier tank, and even a more interesting tank as you will see more natural behaviour if the fish are not stressed out.

Oh dear another problem that could have been solved with some research, the same thread comes up quite regularly.

It’s either a re-home of a lot of your fish into a bigger tank, or to take them back to your LFS.
