I have had my tank planted for over a year now.  My plants have always done fine but lately they haven't been growing all that well and some of the leaves are curling.  All my water levels are in acceptable range and I do water changes once a week or so.  I will be moving in about 4 months so I really don't want to invest in anything too much or anything that will be an extra hassle to move.  Are there any additives that you have had luck with or suggestions of other things I can do?

If you need more info on my tank let me know.  I do not know the species of plants in my tank except that I have some swords and anubias among others.

curling of the leaves, ex. like anubias is because the light is to light. i made that mistake with mine and i lost all the leaves... lol they are coming back because i'm now on lower light.
now if you have an open tank with the light hanging.. then use some metal line and you can hook white paper (not touching light) and that'll lessen the light into the tank or you can switch lighting or have it on for shorter..

If your plants have been growing for a year then maybe they have reached a stage where there is not enough nutrients to support all the increased plant mass. The most demanding plants then start to suffer because they can't compete for all the nutrients they need.

This is the problem I had with my trident java fern. The leaves started curling and growing smaller and eventually turned brittle and yellow. It simply wasn't getting enough carbon. Adding liquid carbon or CO2 to the tank should do the trick. Mine now gets CO2 and bounced back with healthy new growth, although all the curled leaves eventually died.

Any recommendations on CO2 additives?  I am planning on getting some floating mass in my tank for my gourami soon so that will help cut out the light on the anubias side of my tank as well.

Flourish Excel and EasyCarbo are both good sources of liquid carbon. They both do pretty much the same thing.
